Do you accept returns?

Yes. Our policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please be sure to email us before you send an item back. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Keep your Lettie Lovie emails, this is the easiest way for you and us to handle the refunds.

Soothies and sale items can not be returned unless they are defective.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, items can be exchanged as long as it has been within the 30 day policy with the tags still attached.  We carry limited quantities, so if we don't have the item you want to exchange we can offer you a refund or another item for equal value.

My item came and is defective, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure you receive the best products and care. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Please send us an email with a photo of the defective item and we will help you get it exchanged, send it to Hello@LettieLovie.com.

Due to some items being in limited stock, you may not be able to exchange at which point we would offer a refund if you chose not to keep your item.

 

How do you choose what items to sell?

We have decided the most important component to our boutique is that we carry our own label.  We hold our standards high when it comes to our products and only offer the best quality that we can while maintaining affordable prices. Many of our products are hand dyed in the US.

 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! You can find a link to gift cards on the main page of our website.

They are offered in different increments, starting as low as $10.

 

How much is shipping?

Orders over $35 ship for free, anything under $35 will have a flat fee of $5. 

 

How do you determine pricing?

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.  That means we design and create a lot of our products in house. We do a lot of the dirty work to eliminate a lot of costs!

 

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

No, we would love to have one someday, but right now we are really enjoying getting to stay home and work on our dream of bringing you a great children's boutique and community!

 

How do you determine when items go into your "Oopsies" Collection?

Great question!  Some items may start out in this collection. If this is the case it is because the items arrived in our hands and did not live up to our high quality standards. It may also mean that during our hand-dying process a part of the fabric didn't color right.

The quality we provide to our customers is of utmost importance. We want you to be able to feel good about every purchase.  

 

How soon do items ship?

We pride ourselves in being able to get your orders shipped out within 24 hours.  On occasion it may take up to 36 hours to ship out.  Once your item ships, depending on your chosen shipping method as well as your location, you should see your items at your doorstop within 3-5 days.

Are your Silicone Soothies Safe?

Absolutely! As business owners, moms, and genuinely good people, we care about the safety of our Lovies.  Our silicone Soothies are created with an arch design to help ensure your Lovies nose is not blocked. All of our pacifiers are made from high-grade silicone, FDA approved and are BPA, PVA, and Phthalate free.

 

How do you use the Soothie Clip?

You loop the string on the clip through a hole or handle on the pacifier you are using, pull the clip through, and it should be knotted. These clips are to be used under supervision and not to be used while sleeping.

 

How should I wash my hand-dyed products?

As with any hand-dyed fabric, the color may fade with washing. These items can be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, however, for optimal color stay, we suggest hand washing with cold water. We also suggest using a gentle detergent. Do not scrub or use bleach.
